About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Processing payments via cash, credit cards, and vouchers with complete accuracy on the register.
• Handling cash securely and ensuring proper custody of collected money.
• Providing exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and exceed customer expectations.
• Adhering strictly to cashier policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintaining an inviting environment by ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld.
• Contributing actively to team efforts by supporting colleagues during shifts and assisting with store organization.
• Ensuring customers leave satisfied and happy with their experience.
