Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Patient Onboarding Associate. You will serve as the initial contact for new and existing patients, handling incoming calls and organizing appointments with our network of physical therapists. This role demands excellent communication, professionalism, and efficiency to provide superior customer service and maintain high patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and rescheduling for both new and existing patients.
• Accurately manage patient records by collecting and conveying necessary information such as identification, medical history, insurance details, policy on missed appointments, therapist arrival guidelines, and intake documentation.
• Answer and screen incoming calls from healthcare providers and appropriately route communication.
• Initiate proactive outreach via calls and emails to potential patients.

Position Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in office administration is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Experience working in a call center or high call volume environment for at least one year is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Reliable, high-speed internet service and a backup internet option are mandatory to support remote work responsibilities.
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the Nashville office to qualify for this fully remote position.
• Current hiring is limited to specific U.S. states due to budget and legal considerations: AR, KY, MS, SC, Norfolk VA, Virginia Beach VA, WV, AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MO, IN, NJ, OH, TX (except Houston), TN, WI.

Work Schedule

This part-time role offers predictable and consistent scheduling, enabling a healthy work-life balance. Shift options include:

• Friday through Tuesday
• 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM PST
• 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM CST
• 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM EST
