About the Role
Jovie is seeking caring and adaptable individuals to join their on-call nanny team, providing in-home childcare for various families in Sammamish, WA. This flexible opportunity is ideal for those who have experience caring for infants and toddlers, such as babysitters, daycare workers, retired teachers, or volunteers, and who desire a position that accommodates their personal schedules.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and safe childcare in clients' homes without any transportation duties.
- Maintain tidiness related only to your activities or meal preparation with children; no broader household chores required.
- Engage young children—primarily under two years old—in age-appropriate, hands-on activities that foster development and fun.
- Work with a variety of families, requiring flexibility in locations and schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranging from $22 to $25.
- Completion of paid training and provision of a specialized nanny kit containing stimulating activities and games.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Previous experience with children is required, including mandatory infant care familiarity.
- Possession of reliable personal transportation to travel to multiple homes as assigned.
- Availability to work at least three weekdays per week, completing shifts between 6 and 8 hours within the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to promptly coordinate with the staffing supervisor, complemented by a positive and friendly demeanor.
