About Jovie
Jovie is seeking engaging, creative, and flexible individuals to join their on-call nanny team supporting multiple families. This opportunity is ideal for those who have babysitting, daycare, nanny experience, volunteer work at church nurseries, or retired teaching professionals who prefer a smaller, flexible childcare environment.
Role Overview
- Provide in-home childcare without transportation responsibilities.
- Light household tasks limited to tidying up activities and meals related to childcare.
- Care for children primarily aged infants to toddlers, with greatest demand for those under age 2.
- Ensure child safety and facilitate age-appropriate, hands-on activities tailored to each child's development.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22.
- Paid training along with a nanny kit containing suitable games and activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Childcare experience—paid or unpaid—is required, with infant experience mandatory.
- Access to reliable transportation and the capability to travel to multiple homes in the area.
- Availability to work 3 or more weekdays per week in shifts lasting 6 to 8 hours within the hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- A commitment to clear communication with the staffing supervisor and a positive, approachable demeanor when meeting families.
