About the Company
Bodytree is an established wellness and fitness brand based in Abu Dhabi, known for Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, and integrated wellness experiences. As the business expands, it is seeking a well-organized part-time HR Support professional to help manage daily people operations.
Role Overview
This position is centered on essential HR administration work, such as contract handling, onboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, payroll coordination, compliance support, and performance review administration across both Mainland and ADGM entities.
You will work alongside leadership to keep HR processes running smoothly, uphold compliance requirements, and support the full employee lifecycle as the organization continues to scale.
HR Administration
- Keep employee files, contracts, and HR paperwork accurate and current.
- Draft employment letters, contract amendments, and other employee-related documents.
- Ensure personnel records are complete, structured, and properly maintained.
HR Operations
- Support both onboarding and exit processes.
- Monitor probation timelines, contract renewals, and key milestones across the employee journey.
- Maintain records for employee certifications and mandatory documents.
HRIS Management
- Track employee records, leave balances, and HR documents in the HR system.
- Manage employee information, organizational data, and document updates within HRIS.
- Assist staff with HRIS access and system-related queries.
- Prepare HR reports and help preserve data accuracy across HR workflows.
Leave and Attendance
- Oversee leave balances, attendance tracking, and absence records in the HRIS.
Performance Management
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and keep all supporting documentation organized.
- Track probation reviews, feedback follow-ups, and development actions.
Payroll Support
- Compile and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Verify that employee data, leave records, and payroll documents are accurate and submitted on schedule.
- Work with the Finance team to support payroll processing and updates.
Compliance and Employee Documentation
- Help ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and ADGM Employment Regulations.
- Track expiry dates for visas, Emirates IDs, passports, labour cards, and other employee documents.
- Make sure employee records and documentation meet company and legal standards.
- Assist with HR audits and compliance checks when needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a solid background in HR administration or HR operations within the UAE, plus practical experience handling HRIS platforms, onboarding, employee documentation, contract management, and payroll coordination.
You should be highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing confidential information with discretion. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with good working knowledge of Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or other service-oriented businesses will be considered an advantage.
