Part-Time Graphic Designer at Spectra Company

About the Role

Spectra Company in Pomona, CA is looking for a skilled and experienced Part-Time Graphic Designer. The candidate should have a solid professional background in graphic and web design, with the ability to produce and adapt visual concepts aligned with the company’s brand and goals. The role involves maintaining, updating, and redesigning websites and social media platforms, as well as developing media strategies and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Revise and enhance existing proprietary websites built on platforms such as Wix and WordPress.
• Create marketing collateral for various events and campaigns using design software like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Develop, schedule, and oversee social media content across approximately six different accounts.
• Produce monthly newsletters and other related content materials.
• Coordinate with field staff to collect images and information needed for content creation.
• Generate monthly analytics reports and SEO performance evaluations for web and social media channels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the marketing and design efforts.

Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically in web design.
• 3 years of background in social media marketing and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design is preferred but not mandatory.
• Availability to work day shifts is required.
• Must be able to commute to Pomona, CA (91767) for on-site work.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay rate is $35 per hour.
