Work Schedule
The position entails working exclusively on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests throughout their entire visit, from check-in to checkout
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously
- Assign rooms and register guests accordingly
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to keep track of room status
- Adhere to Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities standards
- Serve as a thoughtful, creative, and confident concierge representative
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English and other languages commonly spoken by guests
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Professional conduct when interacting with guests and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and math skills for quick, accurate decision making
- Ability to focus, multitask, and anticipate guest needs with patience, diplomacy, and tact
