Food Industries Polytechnic (FIP) is a non-profit training institute established in 2009 through the National Center for Strategic Partnerships, a joint initiative involving the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) and Almarai. With backing from the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the institution focuses on preparing Saudi talent for specialized roles in the food sector.

Job Summary
The institute is looking for a committed part-time English instructor to help trainees strengthen their reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities. The role includes flexible working hours, a supportive classroom atmosphere, and the chance to make a meaningful impact through interactive teaching.
Responsibilities
- Teach English to diverse trainee groups in an engaging, learner-focused part-time format.
- Create and deliver lesson plans that support curriculum objectives and standards.
- Track learner progress and share feedback promptly.
- Adjust teaching methods to suit different proficiency levels and individual learning needs.
- Maintain classroom discipline while fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Work with fellow teachers, coordinators, and support teams to improve learning outcomes.
- Keep attendance records accurate and take part in meetings and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of teaching experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a closely related field.
- Teaching certification or equivalent credential, where applicable.
- Strong command of English instruction and classroom management.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a flexible part-time schedule.
- Experience teaching English as a second language or working with multilingual learners is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and online teaching platforms is preferred.
- Creative, adaptable teaching style.
- Experience with assessment design and using data to guide instruction.
- Preference for female candidates for this position.
