- Create captivating short-form videos designed for social platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Adhere closely to shot lists, creative briefs, and content guidelines provided by the Casual Fridays team.
- Perform on-site visits to assigned hotels, resorts, restaurants, and local attractions to capture authentic guest experiences.
- Engage professionally with property staff, clients, and team members during content collection.
- Attend and document local events and community activities upon request.
- Edit photos and videos to ensure they meet brand standards and are social media ready.
- Manage timely delivery and upload of completed content following workflow protocols.
- Participate in occasional virtual team meetings and maintain proactive communication regarding projects and scheduling.
Candidate Qualifications

- Strong skills in using iPhones for professional photography and video creation.
- Proficiency with video editing tools, whether mobile or desktop-based.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Self-reliant with ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Confidence and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and hospitality staff.
- Reliable personal transportation for travel within the local market.
- Flexibility to participate in occasional content shoots during weekdays, evenings, or weekends.
Preferred Experience
- Background in hospitality, tourism, travel, or restaurant industries.
- Familiarity with social media content trends on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Portfolio demonstrating your photography, video, and short-form content skills.
Compensation and Terms
- This is an independent contractor position offering part-time, project-based work.
- Pay is competitive and varies based on experience, location, and project scope.
- Pre-approved project-related expenses may be reimbursed.
- Applicants are requested not to contact the office directly; qualified candidates will be contacted by the team for next steps.
