Part-Time Content Creator & Creative Assistant

About the Role

Fortinnett is hiring a part-time Content Creator & Creative Assistant to contribute to client work and internal initiatives across a range of projects. The ideal person enjoys making content, can adapt to different tasks, and is comfortable being part of the creative process from idea generation through execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone based in Miami who can attend occasional in-person content shoots.
• A flexible schedule, with availability on weekdays when required.
• Confidence on camera and professionalism when speaking with clients.
• Hands-on experience producing content for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.
• Ability to capture both photo and video using an iPhone or camera.
• Working knowledge of editing tools such as CapCut, Videoleap, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to spot content opportunities quickly.
• Strong organization, dependability, and the ability to work without close supervision.
• Comfort handling a mix of creative work, including content, presentations, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations in Miami for content production sessions.
• Record high-quality photo and video assets.
• Edit short-form social videos for publishing.
• Produce lifestyle clips, behind-the-scenes footage, project updates, interviews, and other social-first content.
• Contribute ideas for content angles and creative concepts.
• Support the creation of presentations, slide decks, and other everyday creative deliverables.
• Coordinate closely with the internal team to keep content aligned with each brand’s direction.
• Assist across multiple client accounts and projects as needed.

Work Style

The role is part-time and freelance in nature, with flexible hours. Most tasks are completed independently, although there will be occasional in-person shoots and meetings in Miami.

Additional Information

The company already has dedicated graphic design and community management support, but this position is expected to fill in wherever needed and become a key contributor to the broader creative workflow.
