Role overview

We are looking for a hands-on content and growth specialist to help expand an emotional support brand that makes support easier to access, understand, and use. The company creates books, workbooks, coloring books, informational videos, and posters designed to help people better navigate emotional and mental health challenges.

This position is centered on audience growth through short-form content, creator collaborations, influencer outreach, and community engagement. You will work closely with the founding team to build trust, increase brand visibility, and create content that connects emotionally while also supporting business growth.

The work requires someone who can translate product themes into thoughtful, relatable, and effective content for mental health and emotional wellness audiences. Speed, experimentation, consistency, and strong creative judgment are valued highly.

Work setup

This is a remote role open to candidates globally. Depending on location and experience, the engagement may be full-time or contractor-based. The role requires overlap with U.S. business hours for important meetings.

Key responsibilities

You will own content distribution, creator relationships, audience engagement, and growth-focused execution across multiple social platforms.

  • Create and publish short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, Facebook, and X.
  • Turn product ideas and brand themes into emotionally engaging videos with strong captions, visuals, and campaign framing.
  • Tailor content for each platform rather than reposting the same asset everywhere.
  • Find, contact, and manage influencers, creators, ambassadors, and affiliate partners who fit the brand.
  • Handle outreach, gifting, collaborations, repost opportunities, and partnership tracking.
  • Develop repeatable workflows for creators, ambassadors, and affiliates that improve reach and trust.
  • Increase brand visibility through creator-led distribution and community interaction.
  • Refresh strong-performing content into new versions and formats.
  • Monitor metrics such as saves, shares, clicks, purchases, and qualified direct messages.
  • Keep a forward-planned content calendar and publishing process organized.
  • Test AI tools and creative workflows to improve speed and output quality.

What success looks like

Success in this role is measured by stronger brand growth, better community engagement, more creator and ambassador partnerships, consistent posting, repeated creative testing, and content that drives saves, shares, purchases, and attributable revenue.

Working style

You should be comfortable running multiple experiments each week, including different hooks, formats, creator partnerships, and distribution approaches. The team values learning quickly from performance data and prefers fast execution over perfection. You will need to balance several content workflows at once while keeping the brand voice consistent and the publishing cadence steady.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate understands short-form storytelling and platform-native content, has experience growing social accounts or managing creator communities and brand partnerships, and is comfortable reaching out to influencers and coordinating collaborations.

Experience or interest in mental health, self-help, emotional wellness, or emotionally driven consumer brands is important. You should also be able to spot trends, adapt them to the brand voice, and use modern creative and AI-assisted tools confidently.

Tools and workflow familiarity

Useful tools and platforms include CapCut, Canva, Premiere, Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, and workflows for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, Threads, and X. Basic analytics and performance tracking are also expected.
