About the role
Mezzle is a rapidly expanding fee-share law firm that helps driven lawyers in the UK and overseas grow their own practices. The business blends legal knowledge with modern tech, marketing, and operational support to back its consultants effectively.
This is a full-time Marketing Assistant position with a largely remote working pattern. You will need to visit either the London or Birmingham office around 3 to 4 times each month for meetings, content production, training sessions, and team collaboration.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of HubSpot administration, including CRM upkeep, email creation and sends, workflow setup, contact segmentation, and landing page builds.
- Coordinate webinar marketing activity end to end, such as registration flows, reminder communications, automation, and campaign configuration.
- Produce polished marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and/or Illustrator, or Canva, and be able to show a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Run and develop social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, while adapting content for use across different channels.
- Edit video assets with software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create email nurture journeys and review campaign performance to spot areas that can be improved.
- Handle several tasks at once, work with minimal supervision, and stay on track with weekly targets.
What we're looking for
- Some prior experience in a marketing position.
- Well-developed design ability and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfort using marketing platforms, automation tools, and related technology.
- Self-sufficiency and the ability to stay productive while working remotely.
- Experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or B2B environments would be a plus.
