Role Overview

This part-time, remote cleaning role supports various residential maintenance services in Huntsville, Ontario. Although remote, candidates must reside locally and be available for occasional in-person meetings or training sessions. The position involves independent fieldwork at homes requiring cleaning due to tenant move-outs, post-maintenance, turnovers, or regular housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform move-out and turnover cleaning at rental properties
• Conduct deep cleaning after maintenance, repairs, or renovations
• Prepare homes for new occupants and maintain occupied residences as needed
• Clean all rooms including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and hallways
• Detail cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, closets, baseboards, and windowsills
• Carry out dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and debris removal
• Complete thorough final inspections and document with completion photos
• Report any damages or need-for-maintenance issues promptly
• Use mobile apps to update job statuses and navigate between locations

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years professional cleaning experience
• Capability to independently complete residential cleaning tasks
• Proficient in move-out, turnover, deep, or housekeeping cleaning
• High attention to detail and quality consistency
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and operations team
