Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Café Assistant to join our team at The IET location. The role primarily involves attending shifts Monday to Friday, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This position operates on a flexible zero-hours contract.

Responsibilities

• Promptly take customer orders and prepare a range of coffee, tea, and other beverages using appropriate equipment and methods according to Searcys standards.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer service and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Adhere strictly to food safety protocols at all times.
• Carry out general cleaning and upkeep duties within the café space.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar café or hospitality role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A friendly and positive attitude, with a commitment to surpassing customer expectations.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
