• Ability to stay calm and maintain professionalism during busy periods.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new skills, including beverage recipes.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, with flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Capable of understanding and following written and verbal instructions with clarity.
