Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to create the signature Starbucks Experience.
• Prepare food and beverages accurately following standard or customized recipes, including modifications in temperature or ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace supporting store safety and security protocols.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly and uphold store policies and standards.
• Adapt to varied tasks within the store throughout shifts.

Knowledge and Skills

• Capability to quickly learn new information and instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow oral and written guidance.
