Role Overview
Karch Auto is hiring parking lot monitors in State College, Pennsylvania for both full-time and part-time schedules. The role offers a strong starting wage along with a flexible work schedule.
Compensation and Bonus
This position pays an hourly rate plus commission. A sign-on bonus of $750 is available, but it is paid only after 6 months of employment and only if performance remains satisfactory.
Responsibilities
You will visit privately owned parking lots in State College, enforce parking rules, issue tickets for violations, and coordinate towing for vehicles that do not follow the parking policies of specific lots.
Requirements
Applicants need to be comfortable working independently. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and random drug screenings.
Benefits
Dental insurance, vision coverage, a payroll-deduct IRA option, and company-contributed health coverage are available after 90 days. Paid holidays begin after 90 days, and paid time off is provided after 1 year of full-time employment.
