Painter - Full-Time Onsite Role in Rockhampton Area

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Painter to join our team in the Rockhampton area to assist in refurbishing Amrun accommodation rooms. This role involves working under the guidance of the Project Supervisor, safely supporting carpenters and other trades in renovation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with refurbishing accommodation rooms as part of a project team.
• Support carpenters and various trades with renovation activities.
• Operate hand and power tools safely in a construction environment.
• Follow instructions carefully to achieve contractual service delivery on time.
• Maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders and work cooperatively as a team member.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or maintenance work.
• Ability to follow directions and manage time efficiently.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools within construction settings.
• Possess a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating.
• Hold a valid Queensland Manual Driver Licence.
• Must have a valid Construction White Card.
