Refresh Franchising is hiring an independent contractor painter for apartment turnover work in the Cleveland area. This role is focused on vacant apartment repaints and offers steady, repeatable projects with no furniture moves, no customer supervision, and a faster workflow. Compensation is typically in the range of $150 to $300+ per day, with weekly pay and no sales pressure or customer-facing hassles.

What You'll Be Working On

• Review the assigned scope of work, check the job site conditions, and request change orders when needed.
• Perform small drywall repairs such as patching holes, dents, and surface imperfections.
• Apply paint by cutting in and rolling walls and ceilings.
• Paint trim, doors, and frames.
• Complete cabinet painting with proper preparation and finish quality.
• Repaint apartment units to company standards.
• Handle color changes with the right prep work and full coverage.
• Take on larger drywall repair or replacement work when experienced; this is helpful but not required.

Pay and Work Style

Painter earnings are generally $150 to $300+ per day, and pay is tied to productivity, speed, quality, and consistency. The company handles scheduling, billing, and invoice follow-up so you can focus on the work. Payments are made weekly by direct deposit.
