Role Objective

The goal of this position is to bring in high-quality users at scale while keeping CPA and ROAS within healthy targets across APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and run paid social strategies and media plans that support user acquisition and revenue objectives.
• Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns daily across major paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, X, and similar platforms.
• Continuously test creatives, audience segments, and ad formats to lift campaign results.
• Review performance data and turn findings into practical actions.
• Work closely with creative, data, brand, and product partners to deliver connected campaigns.
• Keep track of platform algorithm updates, new advertising options, and emerging market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling both app acquisition and web acquisition campaigns.
• Strong practical knowledge of leading paid social platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and X.
• Appsflyer experience is preferred, including deep links and deferred deep links.
• Solid analytical ability and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Background in crypto, fintech, or online trading environments is required.
• Hands-on exposure to APAC paid social campaigns, including local platforms.
• Experience using additional channels such as Reddit and regional APAC social networks.
