Role Overview

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional campaign performance for clients. Leveraging your digital media expertise, you will significantly contribute to client success and the broader team's objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining campaign strategies, setting objectives, identifying optimization opportunities, and fostering innovation through a test-and-learn methodology. You will also play a key role in enhancing our internal processes, guidelines, and playbooks, with a focus on automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage highly successful digital campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), stay within budget, and are delivered on time.
  • Develop and establish campaign delivery plans and associated measurement targets.
  • Rigorously track campaign performance and implement optimizations to enhance results.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding daily tasks and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and adherence of guidelines and processes, actively proposing ideas for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Actively participate in shaping the best-practice roadmap to ensure continuous advancement of our paid search capabilities.
  • Mentor and guide colleagues within the practice to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of delivering successful digital media campaigns, with at least 2 years of experience specifically in Search and Social campaigns.
  • A genuine passion for the field of digital media.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing digital media campaigns through automation, process enhancement, and technology adoption.
  • A solid understanding of how various media channels interact and can be optimized collectively.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic, with a strong commitment to work quality and continuous learning.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and developing the skills of others.
  • Proficiency in presentation, data analysis, and reporting.
  • A meticulous, methodical, and process-oriented approach with a keen attention to detail.

  • Consistent adherence to the company's culture code.
  • Achievement of effective campaign creation and delivery metrics.
  • Meeting internal targets related to technology adoption and process optimization.
  • Exceeding quality assurance benchmarks for all managed campaigns.

  • Creation and achievement of learning certifications across the practice.
  • Active engagement in mentoring junior media team members.
