Job description

About the Role

Equiti Group is a global fintech company that develops multi-asset financial products, including liquidity offerings, proprietary technology centers, and online trading platforms. With a team of more than 400 specialists across 9 languages, the company serves retail, professional, and institutional clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Its mission is to expand access to financial opportunity through education and easy-to-use trading products.

The marketing team is hiring a detail-focused Paid Search Lead to own global user acquisition efforts. This role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the world. Candidates based in Dubai may be considered for an on-site full-time arrangement.

What You'll Do

You will plan, launch, and improve paid search activity across multiple markets, working closely with the Programmatic & Social Media Manager and other in-house digital specialists. The role is centered on growing retail client acquisition while maintaining strong performance against business targets.

  • Build and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Run end-to-end campaign delivery from setup through optimization.
  • Refine bids, keywords, audience signals, ad messaging, and landing pages to improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.
  • Use automation and AI-based campaign formats, including Smart Bidding and Performance Max, to improve scale and efficiency.
  • Track pacing, budgets, and spend distribution to keep campaigns on target.
  • Maintain reliable tracking across campaigns, including conversion tracking, GA4, and tagging structures.
  • Examine large datasets to uncover trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
  • Use attribution and conversion tracking knowledge to support decision-making.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding approaches.
  • Create regular performance reports with clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Turn data into practical insights that improve campaign performance and business results.
  • Monitor results against forecasts and flag risks or opportunities early.
  • Communicate performance updates and optimization logic clearly to stakeholders.
  • Work with Paid Social, Analytics, and other acquisition teams on integrated cross-channel strategies.
  • Contribute to planning, audits, and testing roadmaps for paid search.
  • Partner with creative and product teams to improve ad relevance and landing page effectiveness.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurately built, quality-checked, and executed to a high standard.
  • Support reconciliation and finance-related workflows.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate brings deep paid search expertise, strong analytical capability, and the ability to collaborate across channels and functions. The role also requires a proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-moving environments.

Additional Information

This position is available as a remote role for candidates worldwide. Applicants located in Dubai may be offered a full-time on-site setup.

Requirements Snapshot

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads, including auction mechanics, bidding, tracking, and attribution.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and convert findings into performance improvements.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, cross-channel marketing environments.
  • Flexible, proactive working style with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and performance trends.
  • Advanced numerical and data handling ability, including strong Excel skills such as pivot tables, lookups, and data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of campaign architecture, keyword planning, audience targeting, and testing methods such as A/B testing and incrementality.
  • Familiarity with AI-led optimization features such as Performance Max is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 4 years of practical paid search experience in agency, in-house, or ad-tech settings with ownership of performance outcomes.
  • Proven success managing campaigns against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Practical experience with Performance Max campaigns is preferred; exposure to AI-driven tools or similar automation solutions is a strong plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, financial services, or insurance is highly beneficial.
