Paid Search Executive - UK & Ireland Portfolio

Overview

We are seeking two Paid Search Executives to enhance our Search team at Flutter UK & Ireland, operating from Dublin. The successful candidates will manage paid search campaigns for leading brands such as Betfair, Paddy Power, and Sky Betting & Gaming. One role specializes in sports-related portfolios, while the other focuses on gaming campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end management, optimization, and scaling of Paid Search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing, and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage daily account performance focusing on budget pacing, bid management, keyword analysis, and search term review.
• Support acquisition objectives by targeting cost-effective CPA management and driving volume growth.
• Experiment with new strategies involving automation, diverse creative formats, and platform capabilities.
• Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
• Collaborate with Senior Paid Search Managers and wider commercial teams to align paid search efforts with business and brand goals.
• Partner with creative, product, analytics, and commercial departments to boost campaign performance.
• Deliver clear and insightful performance reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to major seasonal campaigns, trading events, and launches of new products or markets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record managing Paid Search campaigns using Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing; Apple Search Ads experience is a plus.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models.
• Comfortable working with analytics tools, data interpretation, and optimization platforms.
• Demonstrates a test-and-learn mindset, converting analysis into meaningful action.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to budget and campaign detail.
• Adept at thriving in dynamic and target-oriented environments.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in high-volume e-commerce, subscription services, gaming, or regulated sectors is advantageous.
