Role Overview
The Desire Company is inviting seasoned daycare owners, nannies, and childcare specialists to take part in paid brand collaborations with well-known brands across the family, baby, childcare, and home space. This opportunity is suited to professionals who can apply real-world experience and product judgment to content that supports shoppers in making informed choices.
Project Details
- Filming may take place at different locations depending on the project, and travel will be covered if needed.
- Each shoot is expected to last around 3 to 5 hours, typically a half-day, although timings may vary.
- For each project, the final output will be one product recommendation video.
- Projects start at $1,500.
What You’ll Do
- Assess products and share informed opinions on childcare items, baby equipment, safety products, toys, and everyday care routines.
- Join a short pre-production discussion to align on objectives and expectations.
- Work with the production team during the on-site filming process.
- Present your recommendations in a natural, easy-to-understand, and professional way.
How the Process Works
After you submit your interest, your profile will be shared with relevant brand partners for possible selection. If a brand chooses you, a pre-production call will be arranged to review the project scope, goals, and logistics before filming begins.
Additional Information
This is a work-for-hire engagement, but joining the network can lead to ongoing consideration for future projects that match your background and availability.

Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience as a daycare owner, nanny, or childcare specialist, with at least 3 to 5 years in a relevant role.
- Strong familiarity with childcare best practices, safety guidelines, child development, and related products.
- Comfort speaking clearly on camera and explaining your expertise verbally.
