This opportunity is with a performance-focused e-commerce group that manages a collection of health, wellness, and beauty brands across Europe. The business operates in a direct-to-consumer model, moves quickly, relies on data, and is intentionally kept lean with very little bureaucracy.
Role overview
As a Paid Ads Creative Strategist, you will take ownership of the full journey from audience research to a finished ad concept. That includes defining the target customer, identifying the core angle, crafting the copy, guiding the creators who produce the asset, and reviewing results to determine the next move. The work spans multiple brands and markets.
What you will do
- Study the audience in depth, shape customer avatars with their pain points, motivations, beliefs, and objections, and translate those insights into paid social angles for channels such as Meta and TikTok.
- Develop persuasive copy for ads, advertorials, landing pages, and UGC scripts.
- Treat each creative as a measurable experiment and use performance data to judge what should be refined, scaled, or replaced.
- Work closely with UGC creators, editors, and designers by giving clear direction and creative briefs.
What the employer is looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response copywriting, ideally within DTC or e-commerce.
- A research-oriented mindset with the ability to build avatars based on evidence rather than assumptions.
- Strong copywriting ability with a focus on driving sales, not just producing clever wording.
- Practical experience with paid advertising, especially Meta ads, and a solid understanding of what improves conversion.
- Comfort working with key performance indicators such as hook rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and using them to guide decisions.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Compensation
The monthly pay is €4,000 to €8,000 before taxes, with the exact figure depending on experience.

This is a remote position available within Europe.
