Job Overview

We are looking for diligent individuals to join our team as Packing Boys at Bandhan Life Science Private Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal. The candidates will be responsible for ensuring tea products are packed according to company quality standards with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Package tea products following the prescribed company guidelines.
• Properly weigh, seal, label, and organize tea packets.
• Support day-to-day production and packaging workflow.
• Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the packing area.
• Inspect packets to ensure correct sealing, labeling, and quantity.
• Arrange completed products systematically for storage and shipment.
• Adhere to instructions provided by the Production Supervisor.
• Handle packing materials carefully to minimize wastage.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must be hardworking, punctual, and sincere in work approach.
• Physically fit, able to stand for extended durations during work.
• Prior experience in tea or food production/packaging is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Open to freshers willing to learn and maintain good discipline.
