About the Role

Routewise Logistics, located at 1000 Willowbrook Road, Northampton, PA 18062, seeks dependable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages safely and promptly, while upholding outstanding customer service standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate company-provided delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport packages to assigned destinations.
• Ensure that all shipments are delivered accurately and punctually.
• Load and unload packages carefully to maintain product integrity.
• Strategize and follow the most effective routes to guarantee timely deliveries, while strictly adhering to traffic laws and safety guidelines.
• Confirm packages match delivery documentation to maintain accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize delivery routes and promptly report any delays or issues.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and report any malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations immediately to supervisors.
• Comply fully with company delivery policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Be able to successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Previous experience in courier or delivery services is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of traffic regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to lift packages weighing up to 150 pounds and maneuver safely in and around the delivery truck to reach delivery points.

Compensation and Benefits

• Earn a daily total of $175, which includes a base pay of $150 plus a $25 performance-based daily bonus.
• Receive weekly payments.
• Opportunity to earn additional stop bonuses.
• Paid training provided.

Work Schedule

The workweek runs Tuesday through Friday and Sunday, with Mondays and Saturdays off.
