Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, signing, detailed editing, and release of overseas AI short dramas or manhua series, with the ability to independently craft and implement content themes.
• Adapt domestic scripts through localization to incorporate cultural elements from Europe and America, adjusting plotlines, language style, and character designs accordingly.
• Collaborate on adaptations of authorized novels or intellectual properties by proposing innovative adaptation strategies.
• Research and analyze trends in the overseas short drama market to identify potential blockbuster content directions.
• Utilize user feedback and data analytics to continuously enhance script quality and relevance.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of online literature and short video content ecosystems, with experience in web novel creation or short drama scriptwriting.
• Capability to identify and align with overseas users' aesthetic preferences and swiftly detect trending content to guide creative directions.
• Strong proficiency in English, especially in writing and cultural localization skills, is highly preferred.
