Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and committed Overnight Front Office All Rounder to join our team. This pivotal position ensures night-time operations run flawlessly by providing outstanding guest service and supporting multiple hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and professional assistance to overnight guests.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures and front desk activities.
• Promptly address guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve issues.
• Execute night audit processes, including reconciling daily transactions.
• Uphold safety and security protocols through regular checks.
• Assist other hotel divisions as required to maintain smooth operation.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in front office or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
• Familiarity with hotel software systems like Opera is advantageous.
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
