Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position involves providing excellent customer service by performing assigned responsibilities related to receiving incoming goods and managing the movement of merchandise until it reaches the sales floor. Key tasks include unloading shipment trailers, transferring pallets to the sales area, and assisting with processing merchandise, all maintained within a safe and tidy workspace. The Associate works collaboratively with the team to organize and complete duties according to workload demands and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Set up product displays, merchandise items, and posting signage for featured products.
• Conduct live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus primarily on labeling products and organizing merchandise within backroom storage bins or stock areas, distinguishing this role from day or evening fulfillment positions.
• Move pallets of goods to and from the sales floor as part of overnight processing.
• Assist with sales floor stocking assignments and provide customer support as needed.
• Label merchandise on the sales floor in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a hazard-free, clean work environment by following company safety policies and procedures, which includes completing safety sweep logs and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting minimum wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
