Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all work following ESB safety protocols.
• Perform surveys compliant with ESB guidelines and accurately document all findings.
• Report any near misses or positive safety interventions observed onsite.
• Inspect poles for signs of rot or structural damage.
• Complete Madison Bore inspections thoroughly.
• Identify and flag any headgear requiring replacement.
• Inspect overhead conductors for damage.
• Verify ground clearance adjacent to poles.
• Spot and report hazards present on the network.
• Highlight any required upgrade work at pole locations.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience with ESB networks is beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Ability to work confidently and independently.
• Possession of a Safe Pass certification.
• Valid, clean full manual driving licence.
