Role Overview

H2 Health is looking for an experienced recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in a fully remote, full-time capacity. This role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, builds trusted relationships easily, and has a strong history of finding and attracting high-quality rehabilitation professionals.

In this position, you will act as a hiring partner for the business, managing end-to-end recruitment and helping connect skilled clinicians with career opportunities across H2 Health and its affiliated brands. Hiring support is provided across Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Recruiting Focus

  • Manage the full hiring cycle, starting with intake and continuing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Source and recruit for outpatient rehabilitation roles such as Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Hand Therapists.
  • Use job boards, networking, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both active job seekers and passive healthcare talent.
  • Handle several open requisitions across multiple states while staying highly organized and accurate.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify priorities and guide the recruiting process.
  • Provide a positive candidate journey through timely communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Keep recruiting records and candidate information current in the applicant tracking system.
  • Learn the company’s brands and culture well enough to present the organization’s value proposition clearly to candidates.

Requirements

  • Prior recruiting experience in outpatient rehabilitation is mandatory.
  • Hands-on success hiring Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Hand Therapists.
  • Experience running full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Strong sourcing ability with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
  • Background recruiting across several states or geographic markets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities accurately.
  • Comfort working remotely with strong responsiveness, communication, and personal accountability.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a relationship-first approach.
  • Ability to quickly understand and represent multiple brands and service lines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is required; Workable ATS experience is preferred.
  • Experience hiring in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia is preferred.
