Role Overview
Join Hyatt as an Outlet Manager overseeing the Italian restaurant Verso, where you will transform dining into memorable experiences by leading and inspiring a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and coaching to build a strong, high-performing team.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Track and accomplish targets related to revenue, cost management, and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines, health and safety rules, and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- At least 3 to 5 years experience managing restaurants, cafes, hotels, or similar hospitality outlets.
- Excellent leadership capabilities paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, including budgeting and cost control.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem resolution skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a busy environment, efficiently handling multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
