Green by Nature invites enthusiastic individuals to join their Sunshine Coast maintenance teams. Whether seeking casual, fixed-term, or permanent roles, candidates will work outdoors maintaining premium residential landscapes along the Sunshine Coast between Caloundra and Caboolture in a collaborative, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive garden upkeep including hedging, pruning, weeding, and weed management.
• Operate various commercial mowing equipment such as catcher and Walker ride-on mowers.
• Conduct brush cutting, edging, and blowing tasks to uphold pristine grounds presentation.
• Maintain consistent quality standards across multiple upscale sites on a rotating schedule.
• Adhere to safety procedures while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Prior experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or commercial mowing preferred.
• Competence in handling commercial ride-on mowers, especially Walker and catcher types, highly valued.
• Skills in hedging, pruning, and weed control required.
• Strong work ethic with pride in delivering superior workmanship.
• Physically capable of outdoor work across various weather conditions.
• Possession of current driver’s license is essential; White Card is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo National Police and Working with Children checks if necessary.
