Outbound Telecaller (Female Only) - Pune

Job Summary

We are seeking a self motivated and results-focused Outbound Telecaller for our Pune (Koregaon) location. This position is exclusively open to female candidates who possess strong communication skills, particularly in English, and have experience in outbound telesales. The role involves making outgoing calls to prospective and current clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. This is a day shift job aiming at candidates who can meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate new leads and successfully convert them into sales.
• Clearly convey product and service information while managing objections effectively.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with interested customers.
• Meet or surpass sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Accurately record calls and update customer data in the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Driven and target-oriented approach to work.
