Job Overview
We are seeking a confident, result-oriented female Outbound Telecaller to join our team in Gurgaon (Sector 67). The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while meeting sales targets. Immediate joining candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and validate leads via telecalling.
- Present products/services effectively and close sales.
- Maintain follow-up communications to nurture customer relationships.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Accurately update call logs and lead statuses in company systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- At least one year of experience in outbound telesales.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
