Role overview
Scalient is looking for a senior-leaning, high-ownership GTM operator who can help manage and scale its client delivery function. The position blends strategy, execution, content, outbound, systems, and team coordination, with direct collaboration with the founder.
You will support active client accounts, build outbound and content-led growth systems, coordinate work across interns and the design team, and ensure ideas move smoothly into shipped client output. The role suits someone who works naturally with AI tools, thinks in systems, and focuses on fast, high-quality execution.
Key working relationships
You will collaborate across multiple parts of the delivery engine, including the founder, growth interns, the design team, client stakeholders, and AI/automation workflows. Clear communication, coordination, and follow-through are central to success in this role.
Core responsibilities
Your day-to-day work will involve owning delivery across live client accounts, from planning and execution to reporting. You will also help optimize client profiles on LinkedIn and other relevant go-to-market channels.
In addition, you will develop GTM strategies that cover outbound, founder-led content, personal branding, and lead generation. That includes preparing content pillars, publishing calendars, campaign themes, outreach plans, and execution roadmaps.
You will write LinkedIn posts, cold emails, direct messages, connection requests, and campaign copy tailored to each client’s positioning. You will also create outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and test variations to improve performance over time.
The role requires hands-on work with the outbound stack, including tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, LinkedIn, and other related systems. You will build funnels that connect prospecting, enrichment, copy, campaign launch, tracking, and reporting.
Using AI-first tools such as Claude, Cursor, and automation platforms, you will improve speed, quality, and reduce manual effort. Where needed, you will design and deploy automation systems end to end, from identifying repeatable tasks to testing and implementing workflows.
You will also lead interns on prospecting, execution support, and quality control before work is delivered to clients. Coordinating with the founder, interns, design team, and clients will be part of keeping timelines tight and delivery standards high.
Experience and profile
The ideal candidate brings 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B agency, SaaS company, GTM team, or founder-led growth environment. A solid grasp of outbound, LinkedIn-led growth, founder-led content, personal branding, and client-facing GTM delivery is expected.
You should be comfortable creating GTM strategies, content calendars, campaign concepts, outreach plans, and execution roadmaps. Strong copywriting skills across LinkedIn content, cold emails, direct messages, connection notes, and campaign messaging are important.
Hands-on familiarity with prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, campaign launch, and reporting tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, and LinkedIn is required. You should also work in an AI-native way, using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms to improve output quality and execution speed.
The role also calls for the ability to connect tools, build workflows, and assemble outbound funnels spanning prospecting, enrichment, copy, launch, tracking, and reporting. You should be comfortable handling multiple client accounts, coordinating with interns and designers, and keeping execution moving without constant supervision.
Bonus experience
Additional value will come from experience with US, Canada, Europe, or other international client accounts. Experience in founder-led content, LinkedIn personal branding, or outbound-led client acquisition is also a plus.
Exposure to automations, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, or AI-assisted systems used by real teams or clients will be considered an advantage. Experience with paid social, landing pages, performance marketing, or conversion-focused campaign execution is also useful.
Compensation and work setup
The compensation for this role is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, plus commissions, depending on experience, skill level, and the value you can contribute.
This is a full-time role with a remote/hybrid work setup.
Hiring process
Selection is expected to include a 45-minute interview focused on your GTM experience, client delivery background, AI-native workflow, and operating style. This is followed by a take-home assignment that evaluates how you think about prospecting, outreach, content, tooling, and execution.
Shortlisted candidates will then attend a 60-minute work-along session, where the team collaborates on a real GTM problem to assess your approach to strategy, systems, copy, and workflow design.
