Job Overview
Join Kotak Mahindra Bank as an On-Roll Outbound Process Executive responsible for reaching out to Kotak 811 customers and promoting the bank's products through outbound calls. This role involves proactive cross-selling of banking products and requires excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to Kotak 811 customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Effectively cross-sell various banking products to existing and potential customers.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate.
- At least 6 months of sales experience.
- Strong command over English communication.
- Age between 18 and 31 years.
- No extended gaps in employment history.
Additional Details
- Shift includes 9-hour rotational timings between 8 AM to 8 PM.
- Work location is at Neptune Elements, Thane West.
- Highly competitive salary package, up to ₹400,000 per annum.
