Key Responsibilities

• Forge and nurture relationships within the crypto OTC market, engaging large institutions such as Family Offices, Banks, Exchanges, Brokers, Venture Capitalists, Hedge Funds, Proprietary Trading firms, and Ultra-High Net Worth individuals.
• Collaborate directly with clients to develop tailored trading strategies and oversee the execution of OTC trades including on/off ramps and block trades.
• Work in coordination with internal departments to guarantee smooth trade execution and settlement workflows.
• Offer market insights, investment recommendations, and customized trading approaches to draw new clients and grow the OTC trading portfolio.
• Manage client onboarding alongside compliance teams, offer quotes, and trade within the company's risk management framework.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of practical experience in on/off ramp OTC trading, gained through a crypto exchange or an independent OTC desk.
• Proven success engaging and managing diverse institutional and Ultra HNW client relationships.
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and competitive trading environment.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, MAS guidelines, or SEC regulations.
• Good understanding of market mechanisms including order types, trading venues, and execution tactics.
• Additional language skills to support communication with an international client base.
