Job description
About the Role
CRA | Admired Leadership is in search of highly motivated professionals seeking a stimulating and fulfilling career focused on research and strategic communication. The role involves advising organizations and senior leaders on complex internal communication challenges. As part of the Communication Research practice, the consultant measures the impact of communication strategies across a diverse client portfolio and delivers evidence-driven guidance to foster high-performing organizational cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate whether communication initiatives effectively align employees with the organization's directives and key projects.
- Identify obstacles that prevent employees from embracing required knowledge, behaviors, beliefs, and feelings as intended by leadership.
- Analyze communication channels and methods, spotting gaps within the organization's communication ecosystem.
- Assist leaders in determining which messages will effectively engage employees.
- Enhance organizational success through tailored cross-sector evaluations considering client industry and culture.
- Measure perceptions of service quality from stakeholders, including both internal clients and customers.
Work Environment and Learning
The firm operates an apprenticeship-style consultancy approach over three to four years. Under the mentorship of senior leadership, consultants tackle real issues faced by clients, applying research-based methods and proprietary knowledge. Daily coaching nurtures skill development and prepares consultants to eventually lead their own practice as Managing Directors. The company's culture values excellence, strong relationships, and teamwork, welcoming individuals who enjoy intellectual challenge, rapid progress, continuous coaching, and pushing their professional limits.
Candidate Profile and Required Skills
- Strong analytical aptitude with enthusiasm for making data tell compelling stories.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics software like SPSS, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of statistical techniques including regression and significance testing.
- Keen interest in communication dynamics and human behavior.
- Recognition of the importance of cultivating excellent client and colleague relationships.
- Demonstrated solid work ethic aiming for exceptional quality.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Curiosity and eagerness to tackle unique challenges with limited initial information.
- Confidence balanced with humility and readiness to learn.
- Desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced atmosphere.
