Job description

About the role

This position focuses on strengthening how the organization is structured, how teams operate, and how employees grow within the business. The specialist will help drive initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, support company culture, and enable people processes that align with broader business objectives.

The role contributes to key areas such as organizational design, change enablement, career progression frameworks, internal mobility, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support updates to organizational structures and keep related documentation accurate so the operating model remains efficient and aligned with business priorities.
  • Work on organizational design initiatives such as clarifying roles, improving span of control, and streamlining workflows.
  • Prepare organization charts and assist in shaping teams for scalability and faster response to business needs.
  • Help execute change management plans for major transformation programs.
  • Partner with project teams to evaluate the impact of change, create stakeholder engagement plans, and develop communication and training support.
  • Equip leaders and teams with practical tools to manage change effectively.
  • Build and roll out career path frameworks for important job families across the organization.
  • Work with HR stakeholders to support internal mobility programs that encourage development and retention.
  • Assist with succession planning processes and support identification of internal talent and critical positions.
  • Maintain records such as talent matrices, employee profiles, and development plans for high-potential employees.
  • Contribute to the design, rollout, and ongoing improvement of the performance management process.
  • Coordinate with HRIS teams when supporting performance management system cycles, including activating or closing cycles and resolving issues where needed.
  • Provide managers with guidance, tools, and training to help them assess and develop their teams more effectively.
  • Prepare reports on project and cycle status, while ensuring documentation and data remain accurate.
  • Support employee engagement and culture initiatives that help build a positive and healthy workplace environment.
  • Help design and manage surveys such as engagement, pulse, and service satisfaction surveys, including launch logistics and analysis of results when required.
  • Assist in creating and tracking action plans, and share progress updates with management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a similar field.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are considered an advantage.

Additional information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
