Organizational Design Analyst

About the Role

We seek a proactive and analytical Organizational Design Analyst based in Doha, Qatar, to contribute to enhancing organizational performance, support workforce planning strategies, and assist in organizational restructuring initiatives. This freelance contract role requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in projects related to organizational design and company restructuring efforts.
• Examine organizational frameworks including roles, reporting relationships, and workforce metrics.
• Create detailed organizational charts, perform workforce analytics, and prepare presentations for management.
• Detect gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement within the organizational setup.
• Perform research and benchmarking exercises to underpin design recommendations.
• Work closely with HR teams and business leaders to drive initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant discipline.
• Between two to four years of experience in fields such as organizational design, workforce planning, HR analytics, or similar organizational effectiveness roles.
• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and organization.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a diverse, multicultural setting.
• A proactive and creative mindset with strong planning and prioritization abilities.
