Role Purpose
This position supports a new catering system implementation program within the Operations division. The main responsibility is to design and execute change management initiatives that boost employee engagement and help staff adopt new operational processes effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structured change management efforts to facilitate successful adoption of new ways of working across operational teams.
- Conduct impact and readiness analyses for different stakeholder groups, tailoring implementation strategies accordingly.
- Innovate approaches to embed change in diverse departments, including those with large, shift-based, and non-captive workforces.
- Advise senior leadership on effective change adoption approaches relevant to their business areas.
- Create and manage communication plans aligned with project milestones, ensuring clear messaging across stakeholder groups.
- Develop supportive communication materials such as SharePoint sites and FAQ resources.
- Identify risks related to change and propose mitigation strategies to reduce disruption during program roll-outs.
- Perform stakeholder analysis and implement engagement strategies to maintain alignment.
- Define and track metrics measuring the progress and success of change initiatives.
- Coach project teams and business representatives in change management practices.
- Establish and nurture networks of change champions within Operations to support transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education is mandatory.
- At least 7 years of experience leading extensive business transformations, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and change enablement, preferably within operational or aviation sectors.
- Prior exposure to the airline industry is desirable.
- Proven ability to cultivate a culture open to change combined with strategic communication planning expertise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles, design, and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
