This is an exciting opportunity for an Organic Growth Strategy Manager to join a partner company in the digital health sector, based in Germany. The role is pivotal in developing and executing enterprise-wide organic growth strategies across a diverse, multi-product portfolio. You will operate at the nexus of strategy, analytics, and commercial expansion, transforming insights into actionable priorities to drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives. Your work will involve synthesizing product, marketing, and customer intelligence into a cohesive growth narrative that informs executive decision-making. This position demands robust strategic thinking and the ability to distill complex data into clear business direction. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders in product, marketing, and regional teams to align objectives and accelerate portfolio growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the overarching enterprise organic growth strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader product and commercial portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and market expansion across various products and customer segments.
  • Analyze comprehensive customer, product, and market data to uncover potential growth avenues and translate these into concrete strategic priorities.
  • Generate and manage regular insight reports detailing trends, potential risks, emerging opportunities, and recommended actions for senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent narrative flow from insight generation to strategy formulation and priority setting, supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing departments to harmonize value propositions and ensure unified portfolio messaging.
  • Provide support for governance bodies, such as Product and Marketing Councils, by presenting opportunities and contributing to prioritization frameworks.
  • Contribute to investor and leadership communications by clearly articulating how organic growth strategies contribute to long-term value creation.

Requirements

  • Possess 5-7+ years of professional experience in strategy, growth strategy, commercial strategy, product strategy, or go-to-market (GTM) roles.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to convert data into clear, well-structured strategic recommendations.
  • Have prior experience working collaboratively with product, marketing, commercial, and customer-facing teams within complex organizational structures.
  • Show a track record of successfully identifying and prioritizing cross-sell, upsell, or expansion opportunities within a portfolio context.
  • Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership effectively, even without direct authority.
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of crafting compelling strategic narratives.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital health, healthcare, or businesses managing multi-product portfolios is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to synthesize extensive information into concise insights and actionable priorities.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and key growth drivers.
