Role Overview

The Order Management Associate contributes to a dedicated team handling customer order processing with precision and timeliness. The team focuses on optimal inventory control and excellent customer satisfaction by accurate order fulfillment and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales orders for multiple sales divisions efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain support-related documentation.
  • Oversee inventory planning and control.
  • Coordinate product distribution activities.
  • Resolve issues concerning product returns.
  • Process orders, handle return requests, and input credit notes.
  • Address customer inquiries about product details, ordering processes, special orders, pricing, quotations, problems, returns, and shipping status.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or other concerns.
  • Serve as liaison with third-party delivery services to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
  • Assist inventory and warehouse teams in processing damaged or defective items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in international operations, preferably in order management.
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability.
  • Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with customers and US stakeholders.
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, continuous learning, and flexible work approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with various organizational levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word; knowledge of Access is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams, with accountability to resolve issues completely.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
