Role Summary

The organization is hiring a Fusion Technical Consultant for its Hyderabad/Bangalore operations. This position involves supporting Oracle Fusion HCM technical processes, handling integrations and reporting, and working closely with functional teams and Oracle support to maintain and enhance existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support current custom solutions and business processes developed on SaaS platforms.
• Assist HCM functional teams with HDL, HSDL loaders, and HCM extracts.
• Work confidently with WSDL, REST, and SOAP APIs across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Develop and manage BI reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and SQL-based data extraction queries.
• Apply strong expertise in Fast Formulas.
• Serve as an additional OIC resource when needed.
• Analyze Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates, align them with business needs, test and validate changes, and deploy them after business approval.
• Coordinate with Oracle Support for application defects and enhancement requests.
• Test and document all code modifications, including unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, capacity testing, and quality reviews.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have 5 to 8 years of experience and a graduate degree in any discipline. The role is suitable for professionals who can handle technical consulting, Fusion HCM support, integrations, reporting, and change validation in a fast-paced environment.
