Role Overview
Maneva Consulting is looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Solution Architect / Project Manager to lead solution design and delivery for Oracle EBS HRMS programs. The role requires a blend of functional HRMS expertise, technical understanding, and hands-on project management across large-scale delivery engagements.

Solution Architecture
You will be responsible for shaping scalable HRMS solutions across Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Oracle iRecruitment, and Oracle Learning Management. The role also calls for aligning the solution with enterprise architecture and the wider integration ecosystem, while guiding both functional and technical delivery teams.
Project and Program Management
This position covers end-to-end AMS project ownership, from planning and execution through closure. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and resourcing, while monitoring milestones, KPIs, SLA commitments, and governance expectations.
Stakeholder Management
You will serve as the main contact for business stakeholders and clients, lead requirement discussions and workshops, and participate in steering committee meetings. The role also includes regular reporting, risk communication, and escalation handling.
Governance, Compliance, and Documentation
A major part of the role is ensuring adherence to SOW, audit requirements, and internal quality standards. You will define governance models, RACI structures, and reporting practices, and maintain strong documentation across BRD, FSD, TSD, SOP, and KT materials.
Risk and Issue Handling
The position requires proactive identification and mitigation of delivery risks, along with effective issue resolution to avoid business disruption. You will also be expected to drive continuous improvement practices.
Leadership and Team Development
You will lead cross-functional functional and technical teams, mentor consultants and junior team members, and help strengthen performance, utilization, and capability development.
Continuous Improvement
The role includes identifying opportunities for automation, process optimization, and digital transformation in HR operations. You will also promote best practices and CoE-led standards.
Skills and Competencies
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS, HR lifecycle processes, integrations, Oracle technical components, and governance-driven delivery is essential. The role also demands strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and audit-oriented thinking.
Deliverables
Expected outputs include solution design documents, project plans, status reports, RAID logs, compliance and audit records, SLA/KPI delivery tracking, and successful AMS execution.
Preferred Certifications
Optional certifications include Oracle HRMS certification and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
