Job description
Role Summary
This position is for an accomplished Oracle Fusion Solution Architect & Managed Services Lead who will oversee Oracle Cloud ERP managed services for a global US client. The role blends deep Oracle Fusion functional and technical knowledge with leadership, customer management, and service delivery ownership.
Leadership and Service Delivery
- Guide a multi-disciplinary team that includes Oracle functional specialists, OIC developers, reporting analysts, and support engineers.
- Take responsibility for complete Oracle Fusion AMS delivery while meeting SLA and KPI expectations and maintaining operational quality.
- Serve as the main client contact and the first escalation point for major incidents and service-related concerns.
- Support workforce planning, team capability growth, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing service improvements.
Solution Architecture
- Lead architecture across Oracle Financials Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Revenue Management, Subscription Management, and Advanced Collections.
- Evaluate and control solution blueprints, integrations, extensions, security mechanisms, and recommended implementation practices.
- Support core enterprise workflows including Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
Integration and Technical Leadership
- Bring hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs, and broader enterprise integration design.
- Oversee integrations involving Salesforce CPQ/Apttus, Zuora Billing and RevPro, MuleSoft, Concur, Avalara, YayPay, CyberSource, Adyen, Bank of America, and JPM Chase.
- Troubleshoot and resolve difficult integration, synchronization, and data consistency issues.
Reporting, Governance, and Automation
- Drive reporting work using OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
- Promote automation, monitoring, AI adoption, Oracle quarterly release readiness, and continuous service enhancement.
- Ensure alignment with SOX, ITGC, audit controls, change management, and governance requirements.
Required Experience and Background
- At least 12 years of Oracle ERP experience, including a minimum of 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Proven background leading Oracle managed services engagements and geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Strong command over Oracle Financials Cloud, Subscription Management, and Advanced Collections.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report processes.
- Exposure to direct client work with US-based stakeholders and coordination with offshore teams.
- Working familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Jira, and Datadog.
