Role Overview
A leading global multinational company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Functional Consultant focused on Manufacturing to support its Bangalore-based team. The position is available for immediate joining and offers flexibility in work arrangement.
Location and Work Setup
Based in Bangalore, India, with a remote/hybrid work mode.
Experience Profile
This role calls for a professional with more than 10 years of overall supply chain management experience, along with at least 6 years of practical experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. The candidate should also have successfully completed 3 or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing implementations.
Core Functional Knowledge
The ideal applicant should have deep experience across Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS Manufacturing and SCM modules, with strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Discrete Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Inventory Management, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), and Oracle Quality.
Business and Solution Skills
The role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end business flows such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), including integration with finance modules. The consultant must be capable of gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing solutions, and producing clear functional documentation. The position also demands the ability to build scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that align with business needs and a willingness to adapt quickly to newer Oracle Cloud technologies and modules.
Communication
Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required.

The advertised salary range is INR 30,00,000 to INR 40,00,000 per year.
