Role and Responsibilities
- Design, customize, and provide support for Oracle ERP R12 Finance modules.
- Work extensively with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules within Oracle Finance.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL components.
- Interpret business requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
- Manage application enhancements, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Resolve technical problems and enhance application performance.
- Collaborate effectively with business users, functional consultants, and international project teams.
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of five years of experience in Oracle ERP R12 Technical roles.
- Proven expertise with Oracle Finance modules — specifically AP, AR, and FA.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms development, and Oracle Reports.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and experience in performance optimization.
- Good analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to manage stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development.
- Alternatively, candidates with strong Java development skills if OAF expertise is not available.
- Background in Oracle ERP implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement initiatives.
- Experience working with global or multinational clients and teams considered a plus.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in Oracle ERP R12 Finance Technical is essential.
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms Development is required.
- Willingness to travel to Korea for project-related assignments.
- Capability to work within multicultural, international project environments.

- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Highly self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
